Spring is a time of growth, expansion, and blooming! It’s also a time for spring cleaning, of not just of our homes, but also of our digestion, mind, and energetic states as well. The rising energy of Spring invites us to lighten up after the inward nature of wintertime. The heavy, cold nature of winter leaves us feeling stagnant in our mind and body, which when unaddressed can cause us to lose connection with our natural radiance through symptoms such as: sluggish digestion, lethargy, resistance to change, procrastination, depression, and physical discomfort. This luxurious nature retreat will inspire you to recommit to healthy eating habits with delicious ayurvedic meals and cooking classes, daily self care routines, and movement practices to awaken self love and deeply connect to your body. The magical Sedona desert is our playground for hiking and swimming adventures, surrounded by high vibe company that reminds you of your true nature and ignites your inner radiance.

Activities during the retreat include:

Daily yoga, breathwork, and meditation

Walks among breathtaking Sedona scenery

Visit to beautiful swimming holes

Ayurvedic education throughout the weekend

Sky Castle is an architectural masterpiece, wrapped around a juniper tree that exudes peace and love. Inside this beautiful Sedona retreat, find unique furniture, skylights to track the moon, a library, hot tub, window seats, covered porches capturing the epic views, large stone patio for stargazing, comfortable bedrooms, and cozy living spaces. Listen to the creek below and be with towering red rocks views and a wild gorge. 10 minute walk to many amazing swim holes and shady green creek trails, and great hikes nearby with breathtaking views.

This retreat is limited to 10 Women and will sell out fast!

Cost:

$933 for a shared room

$1400 for a private room

Includes: 3 nights lodging, all meals except for one dinner out in Sedona, and activities.

Does not include transportation. Opportunities for carpooling from Durango or pick up from Flagstaff Airport can be facilitated.

Jackie Just

Jackie Just is a Prana Vinyasa yoga instructor, Ayurveda Wellness Coach and Ayurvedic Cook whose passion for Ayurveda comes alive in the kitchen. Jackie believes that food is medicine and that when we align ourselves with nature's rhythms, we heal ourselves: mind, body and spirit.

Jackie loves to create healthy and memorable culinary experiences for her friends, loved ones and retreat groups, and she leads light hearted and inspiring seasonal Ayurvedic cleanse programs both online and fully catered in Crested Butte, Colorado. Through both Ayurvedic lifestyle and Prana Vinyasa yoga, Jackie hopes to inspire her friends and clients to discover their own unique way to thrive in their bodies and lives.

Early morning: Cleansing and Alkalizing Ginger Lemon Tea

Breakfast: Cardamom Stewed Apples and Rose Petals with Cream of Brown Rice and Chai

Lunch: Quinoa, Sweet Potato, Crispy Lemon Ginger Tofu, Spicy Dandelion Greens and Kale with Red onion and Currants and Chai

Dinner: Split Yellow Mung Bean Spiced Kitchari with Vegetables and Ayurvedic Almond Dessert

Throughout the day teas will be offered to stoke the digestive fire
